Join a North East Link Community Liaison Group

Our Community Liaison Groups (CLGs) play an important role in keeping the local community informed about key stages of the North East Link Project.

As we move into project construction in February 2020 pending planning approvals, we'll be looking to recruit new members.

The independently chaired groups meet every two months to discuss the project. We encourage everyone in the community to apply including residents, businesses, local groups and organisations.

If you're interested in keeping your local community up-to-date on the project and listening to and sharing ideas with North East Link project teams, we want to hear from you. Expressions of interest now close 5pm Wednesday 12 February 2020 (extended).

Before you apply - please read applicant information PDF, 1.2 MB and the terms of reference. PDF, 805.4 KB. To apply - complete our online form.

We thank our current members for representing their communities during the early stages of the project, and for their report that will now help guide the shortlisted consortiums as they prepare design proposals.

The two CLGs represent the northern and southern parts of North East Link.

Community representatives are selected through an application process and demonstrated strong links within their community.

The CLGs are independently chaired by Mike Marasco.

If you have any questions or concerns about North East Link, or opportunities you would like to raise, we encourage you to contact your CLG local representative.
